This online booking system is intended for patients who are undergoing fertility treatment to arrange appointments.

1. Select the hospital where you will have fertility treatment.
2. Select the type of appointment you are attending for.
3. Put down your name, mobile phone number， date of last menstrual period (the first day with normal flow)，cycle pattern and cycle length.
